Building Envelope Assessments: The building envelope is the physical separator between the conditioned and unconditioned environments of a building including the resistance to air, water, heat, light, and noise transfer. When poorly designed, damaged, or installed incorrectly, these barriers can compromise the efficiency and function of the entire structure. Our assessments of the building envelope include review of the roof, foundation, exterior wall systems, insulation and more.
Fall Protection Assessments: Commercial building codes call for designs that minimize and, when possible, eliminate the risk of fall-related injuries on-site.
